Job Summary:
A Priority Responder will be responding to emergency leads in real-time and offering.
our company services to affected homeowners and commercial properties.
Emergencies and disasters occur every day. Homeowners and business owners may not
know how to respond or know the necessary steps to take to restore their property back to like new
conditions. This is where the emergency responder’s quick response, communication, and
wide breadth of restoration industry knowledge can help make a difficult situation easier.
Prior Experience Required:
· Public adjusting, construction, and/or restoration sales is beneficial.
· Candidates with a proven track record of sales, high confidence, well spoken, professional appearance, and the ability to perform under pressure will be given serious consideration.
· We are seeking candidates with an outgoing, dynamic personality.
· Satisfaction from helping people when they need it most.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and qualify emergency needs in assigned geographic territory
- Respond to those situations that require restoration services to offer help to the
customer affected.
- Educate customer on SERVPRO’s services and the details of the restoration process
- Coordinate SERVPRO’s production team to respond to customer’s needs as soon as
possible once services have been accepted.
- Perform administrative actions to record emergency response activity
- Communicate with the office team with job specific information to improve
communication through the lifecycle of the project
- Establish and maintain working relationships with local emergency response
agencies, local communities, and customers/homeowners

Our ideal candidate must be able to provide quick response times to calls within their
geographic area. Additionally, candidates must have availability 24/7 to respond quickly to
local emergencies.
Qualifications:
• Seasoned relationship-based sales/marketing experience required
and claims management and/or commercial sales experience a plus
• Strong Presentation Skills
• Communications Skills
• Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM proficiency
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Closing
• Relationship Building
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Marketing and/or Related Degree)
Salary:
45,000-55,000 Annually + commission structure
